We somehow have this idea that we don't need help, we don't need to work on ourselves and that we know it all. However, when feeling drained, burned out and energetically overwhelmed sets in, we are reminded of an overlooked truth:
You may think that you are okay, but let me ask you two important questions:
Do you still get triggered by some things people do that remind you of past events in your life?
It's simple, all you have to do is be aware of your body's response to the event or person. If you get a sensation in your body, if you feel an emotion arise and if you are self-aware of the signs that you are being triggered, that means that there are unresolved emotions around the event.
This course is about putting healing modalities into practice so you can you move past your past and become whole again.
Holding on to a sense of grief, anger, doubt and fear from a past event is like carrying around a heavy backpack full of things you don't need.
How far do you think you are going to get before you become exhaused from the weight of your collection?
Holding on to past events while trying to heal others is going to weigh you down on an emotional, energetic and spiritual level.
Week 1 - Overview of Chakras 8-11
You will gain a deeper understanding of energy hygiene, your Chakras, your Biofield,the energy meridians in the body and your psychic gifts.
Week 2 - Diving Deeper into the 9th chakra
You will learn about the power of sacred geometery, how to use these energetic patterns for self healing and how to create energy grids.
Week 3- Taking Steps Toward Inner Healing
During this week you learn to apply what you have practiced through group and partner sessions.
Week 4 - Dive Deeper into the 10th Chakra
During this week you learn techniques that will give you unlimited access to Earth and Divine Energies.
Week 5 - Dive Deeper into the 11th Chakra
During this week you will learn about Somatic healing using colors in relation to Chakras and energies.
Week 6 - Learning to Trust your Subconscious Mind
You will learn about the power of self hypnosis and how to use it for healing past traumas, forming new belief systems and creating new mindsets and habits.
This course will give you the tools and knowledge you need to heal past energetic blockages so you can become a happier and a better therapist.
Upon the completion of this 6 week program, you will gain more clarity, more peace, be free from past emotions that no longer serve you and you will become a better healer, therapist and MH Practitioner.

Meet your instructor Stacey B. Shapiro, MSW, MLC, HWP
I have spent the last 20 years developing an intuitive and integrative approach to my work as a Master Social Worker, Play Therapist, Healer, and Master Life Coach. With HSP’s being over eighty percent of my practice, I have found the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Harmonic Vibrational Matching, Reiki, Soul Expression Art, and other Energy Techniques to be transformative for my clients. These are just a few of the tools I will teach you to experience more peace within your life. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and my intuitive nature makes it easy for clients to find success. Currently, I am in private practice virtually and by phone. I come to you with a wealth of information regarding navigating life-changing and stressful events.
Stacey has been invited to speak at corporate lunch and learn events.
The topics included Stress Management, Introduction to Mindfulness, Introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique, and Parenting Resilience During a Pandemic. She leads workshops in the community including SoulCollage(R), Mindful Pre-School Teachers and Their Students, Stress Management, and Mindful Parenting Classes. Her extensive work history includes teaching at the university level for Pennsylvania State University and Temple University teaching classes on Play Therapy and Human Development and Family Studies.
